In 2013, I dropped out of university and started working for my dad’s construction company. Those early mornings on site taught me more than any classroom ever could - discipline, resilience, and the real value of hard work.

A year later, I launched my first business from a tiny room above a garage, helping trades businesses get online. I made 200 cold calls a day - every single day - and eventually built it up to over 250 clients.

By 2018, I’d achieved financial success, but I was completely burned out. I’d built my business by working around the clock, and I learned a hard truth: money means nothing if you don’t have the time or energy to enjoy it.

That’s when everything changed. In 2019, with a fresh perspective, I founded Scale Your Trade with one mission - to help trades businesses grow faster, smarter, and more profitably, without making the same mistakes I did.

Instead of trying to work with everyone, I decided to go deep with a handful of businesses and make a real impact.

2020: Helped SPS Roofing Ltd scale from £1.6M to £4.5M.

2021: Helped Ralph Plastering grow from £350K to £3.6M.

2022: Helped Premier Roofing Solutions go from £180K to £1.1M.

After seeing those results repeat across different trades and business sizes, I realised I’d built a model that worked - not just once, but time and time again.

So in 2023, I took everything I’d learned - every system, every strategy, every process - and packaged it into an exclusive partnership program.
